What is the Best Social Media Management?

When it comes to running a small business, your presence and effectiveness on Social Media can become an overwhelming burden in our day-to-day lives. How do we use apps such as Instagram, Linkedin, or Twitter in a way which doesn’t eat into time that we need to focus on other key aspects of our business?

This is why social media management tools have come in to help alleviate the need to be on the apps every day. Over the last few years whilst working as a virtual assistant for small businesses. I have been able to watch the means to gain followers, connect powerfully to your audience and keep them engaged ever-changing.

Today I want to talk about 4 different social media management tools. From a recent contender to the management sites, two of the most popular platforms, and finally why ultimately I believe that using a Virtual Assistant is the best Social Media Management tool.

Meta Business Suite

Previously known as Facebook, Meta has created a social media management tool that is free to use and connects both your Instagram and Facebook pages. The new platform allows you to easily schedule your posts, and keep your accounts safe by allowing colleagues access to certain aspects of those accounts and business insights on the engagement of the posts released via the platform.

Buffer

Buffer is a social media management tool founded in 2010, the platform offers a range of memberships. From free to 100 dollars a month- the increased price means an increased amount of tools available. The limitations of 10 posts scheduled at one time on the free installation can make this platform limiting for those who want to post more than 3-4 times per week and not have to pay a monthly fee.

Hootsuite

Hootsuite is the largest social media management tool. Its popularity stems from its all-in-one platform from scheduling to marketing and advertisement all under one roof. Hootsuite’s starting price is £39 per month and if you don’t have time to create and schedule the posts themselves then this monthly cost can feel like quite a sting.

Me- A Virtual Assistant

I’m not just saying this to get work. I’m saying it because I believe it is 100% true. I have worked with multiple clients who have tried using other platforms, whether it’s the ones mentioned above or others, ultimately they all come to me with a social media page with low engagement, inconsistent content, and no change in the relationship they have with the followers.

Using a Virtual Assistant VS a Social Media Management Site?

Through the last few years of trying out various platforms, I have discovered that these sites often cause a creator’s engagement to drop. This is primarily because when the posts are scheduled, the user then fails to go onto the site and use it in ways that gain and maintain followers. In short, they forget to truly engage

Hiring me as your virtual assistant means I can be in charge of your social media platforms by doing the following:

– Creating the posts for your social media sites.

– Scheduling the posts.

– Posting the content directly rather than through a site to increase engagement opportunities.

– Sharing content and engaging with your followers.

– Monthly reports on your social media sites.
